Hassan is the visionary behind it all. With 30 years in the industry, an eye for the tiniest details, and a passion for luxury event design and management, he turns big ideas into unforgettable experiences. A hardworking perfectionist and natural industry leader, Hassan is always dreaming bigger, styling bolder, and raising the bar for every event. On his days off, you’ll probably find him travelling the world, attending conferences, and gathering fresh inspiration to bring back a little extra magic to every celebration.
Our client service extraordinaire, the queen of saffron, and an all-around boss. Wise beyond her years and always ten steps ahead, Sabrina keeps everything running smoothly while making it look effortless. Equal parts elegance, humour, and authority, she’s the kind of person you want in every group chat and every crisis. Well-travelled, full of stories, and always ready with a funny accent at the most random moment, she’s equal parts warmth, wit, and “don’t worry,
I’ve got this” energy.
Our resident creative genius, professional chaos coordinator, part-time problem solver, and full-time therapist for both the team and our customers. If something’s gone wrong, Usman’s probably already fixed it… Powered by creativity, good vibes, and an iron fist, he keeps everything running smoothly. Off duty, you’ll find him smashing it on the badminton court or emotionally attached to his latest Qawwali Playlist.
Architect turned event designer, part-time office masseuse, and full-time food critic. She’s got an eye for dreamy details, a talent for fixing everyone’s back pain, and very strong opinions on where to eat. At events, you’ll usually spot her mildly panicking with a camera in her hand while somehow capturing all the best moments. On her days off, she’s either deep into a true crime documentary or starting yet another craft project she definitely won’t finish.
Our resident Gen Z powerhouse is equal parts go-getter, visionary, and future business tycoon. If there’s a new idea brewing, chances are Roshan has already turned it into a mini business plan by lunchtime. When he’s not making moves behind the scenes at Saffron Events, you’ll find him hunting down the best food spots in town, brainstorming his next big venture, or serving up matcha from his cart. Ambitious, energetic, and always ten steps ahead, Roshan brings fresh ideas, good vibes, and a whole lot of hustle wherever he goes.
Kamran
Our warehouse manager, all-rounder, finder of lost things… and occasionally the reason they went missing in the first place. Loud, bubbly, and guaranteed to make everyone laugh, Kamran somehow keeps the chaos under control while also being at the centre of it. Constantly getting told off by Usman but always working hard with unmatched loyalty, he’s a big personality with an even bigger heart. On his days off, he’s either cooking up something good or sending the team memes and reels that are… highly questionable.
Sharon
Rashid
Esther
Our event manager is the calm in every storm. With years of amazing client relationships, top-tier customer service, and enough fiery energy to keep the whole team on their toes, Sharon is basically everyone’s work mum (whether you asked for one or not). Equal parts feisty, caring, and effortlessly organised, she somehow keeps everything running smoothly. When she’s off duty, you’ll find her relaxing on a boat in Loch Lomond with her family.
The mastermind behind our delicious dishes and the heart of the kitchen at Saffron Events. As our Head Chef, he’s spent years perfecting recipes that keep guests coming back for seconds (and thirds). Known for serving up equal parts flavour and laughter, Rashid is just as hilarious as the dishes he creates are mouth-wateringly good. On his days off, you’ll find him watching old cinema classics, listening to timeless songs, and sipping on a Diet Coke like it’s part of the ritual
Esther is our waitress extraordinaire, everyone’s favourite godmother, and a true bundle of warmth and joy. Whether she’s serving up potions at events or fixing a chair tie in record time, Esther somehow makes everything look effortless, all while keeping the smiles flowing. On her days off, she’s out having the kind of fun around town that makes you wish you were part of her plans, or spending quality time with her family, who mean the world to her.
Imran
Imran or Immy, as everyone knows him, is our one-of-a-kind Operations Manager and living proof that old-school methods still work somehow. He may not be best friends with technology, but give him a problem, and he’ll have it sorted before anyone else has even opened Google. With years of experience and a knack for making the impossible happen, Immy is truly the backbone of the Saffron Events team. On his days off, he’s usually zooming around town, reminiscing about his youth or passionately watching football like he’s part of the coaching staff himself.
